Phone Contact
First, we would like to speak with you via phone to learn more about you. We want to know your history of accomplishments and your dreams for future career growth. We will also inform you about the current job market in your field and let you know what to expect.
Interview
Next we would like to meet with you to further assess your marketability. Depending on your chosen career path, we may ask you to complete an online assessment, so that prospective employers can assist us in mathching your strengths to their opportunities.
Screening
We must be able to check your references and verify your employment history. We do understand though that verifying a current employer may not be possible due to confidentiality concerns. We also screen for illegal substances and perform a background check, so that we can assure prospective employers that you have a clean record.
Opportunities
As career opportunities become available in your area of expertise, we will reach out to you and fill you in on the specifics. If the position seems to be a good match for you, we will contact the employer and review your qualifications.
Preparation
If the employer feels that your background and training are right for the opening, we will arrange for an interview. We will help you prepare for the interview, so that you can present yourself as professionally as possible.
Follow Up
After your interview with the prospective employer, we will give you a call to find out your reactions. If you were favorably impressed with the employment opportunity, we will make sure this is accurately communicated to the prospective employer. We will also get feedback from the employer and share their reactions with you.
Placement
We will work with you to get a firm job offer. When you are agreeable with the terms of the offer, we will coordinate details of the placement. Even after you start working at your new position, we will stay in touch to help you get acclimated to the job. If issues or misunderstandings arise, we encourage you to let us know so we can help you pursue a solution.
