We will do an in depth discovery analysis about your specific requirements for any current open positions.
Screening
We handle all the details of screening potential candidates, including any online testing that you may require. We also screen for illegal substances and perform a background check so that you can be assured that our candidates have a clean record.
Selection
Before we ask you to interview a candidate for your open position, we will have investigated the person thoroughly and, while protecting your confidentiality, will have briefed them on the opportunities and the requirements of the job. We will ask you to pre-screen the resume and background of any candidates to verify that the person offers the best combination of training and experience for your open position. By the time you meet the candidate for the first time, you and the candidate will already know quite a lot about each other.
Employment
If the interview culminates in an offer of employment, we will negotiate on your behalf to make sure that all the details are understood and agreed upon by the candidate. After employment begins, we will be in contact with you and your new employee to make sure that the relationship is compatible.
